A Comfortable Stay with Room for Improvement at Reikartz Sky Almaty My recent stay at the Reikartz Sky Almaty Hotel offered a largely positive experience, particularly highlighting the comfort and cleanliness of the accommodations. The room itself was a definite strong point. I found it to be both clean and remarkably spacious, providing ample room to relax and feel at ease during my stay. This is always a crucial factor for a comfortable hotel experience, and Reikartz Sky Almaty certainly delivered in this regard. Furthermore, the staff throughout the hotel were consistently courteous. Their polite and helpful demeanor contributed significantly to a pleasant atmosphere and made interactions smooth and welcoming. The breakfast offered was acceptable, though not outstanding. While it provided the necessary sustenance to start the day, it was fairly standard and didn't particularly stand out in terms of variety or quality.

Very comfortable and spacious room, with a good desk to work on. I found the beds comfortable and the bathroom very modern - I had no complaints about the room at all. The breakfast on the rooftop terrace in the mornings has a good selection of food, fruits, and drinks, with a great view of the mountains. The location is also convenient, with many good restaurants and coffee shops nearby.

Stayed 6 nights (half board). Highly impressed with the clean and comfortable rooms. Great location within walking distance of all main attractions. The Sky 17 restaurant for breakfast and evening meals has terrific views of the city and mountains. Reception is on the 17th floor. The Steps up to the entrance of the hotel needs a little maintenance the hotel is predominantly a business hotel with conference facilities but is also ideal for tourists. What made our stay memorable and special was the kindness of the staff. It was our first time in Kazakhstan and not knowing the language or what to expect. Aigerim and Guljaina on reception with their young apprentice Nikolaev, made us feel at ease with a smile and reassurance who sorted out all our taxis gave info on sims for phone / exchange currency, where to go, what to see along with organising early morning breakfast boxes. Thank you. The Restaurant staff, Amina, Valeria, Natali and the barman Zasulan (Milkman) also greeted us with a warm smile. Amina and Valeria whose English was exemplary took time to explain the menu gave tips on local customs and traditions and it felt at times we were having dinner with friends. I cannot praise them enough, all of them were exceptional, professional, super nice with great attitudes but most of all they were incredibly welcoming, helpful and friendly. The are a credit to this hotel. Would we stay again? “YES”

Don’t worry about the entrance - the reception is nice and the rooms are really cool! Clean and huge bathrooms, comfy beds, lovely views. The breakfast was generous and delicious, served on the roof. Thank you for my birthday cake, it was a lovely surprise! :)
